Returns & Exchanges

At Goth Batty, each wax melt is hand-poured in small batches with care. Due to the personal and fragrance-based nature of our products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the claim and offer a replacement or store credit when appropriate.

Unused Returns

Unopened and unused items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be in original packaging
• Products must be unused and unaltered
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs

Once the return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method (excluding original shipping costs).

Scent Preference

Fragrance is subjective. While we provide detailed scent descriptions, we do not offer refunds or exchanges based on scent preference.

If you're unsure about a fragrance, we recommend starting with a single pack before purchasing multiple quantities.

Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for carrier delays or packages marked as delivered. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance, though we are happy to help guide you if needed.
