Processing Time

All Goth Batty wax melts are hand-poured in small batches. Please allow 2–4 business days for order processing before shipment.

Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

During high-volume seasons (such as fall and holidays), processing times may extend slightly. We appreciate your patience as a small, husband-and-wife business.

Shipping Time

Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:

Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays or peak seasons.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped, Goth Batty is not responsible for carrier delays, lost, or stolen packages.

If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate your package, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We are happy to assist in filing a claim if needed.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Goth Batty is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

If a package is returned due to incorrect address information, the buyer will be responsible for additional shipping fees to reship the order.
